This 48" tall x 8" long x .75" thick outdoor porch welcome sign is constructed of fir wood. The back side has a stapled rope hook for hanging if desired. Otherwise, lean this sign in the corner for a decorative finish touch to your porch. It can also be displayed inside the home for an awesome wall decoration. The back has been left as natural wood. The sides have a rustic white paint finish. The front side has a rustic white edge finish, a blue background, and a large letter "Welcome To The Lake" with white, light blue, and red sentiment. The "O" in welcome is an anchor. Weatherproof; wipe off as needed.

Returns:

- Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
- Employees have discretion to not accept the item for exchange/return based on the above criteria or at their professional judgement.
- Returns are eligible for store credit, or original payment method.
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
- Exchanges or refunds will be for the amount paid of the item. If rewards points were used for the purchase, you will not receive the same discount on the new item. The rewards points have been spent in the system.
