- Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 30 days from your date of purchase.
- Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
- Employees have discretion to not accept the item for exchange/return based on the above criteria or at their professional judgement.
- Returns are eligible for store credit, or original payment method.
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
- Exchanges or refunds will be for the amount paid of the item. If rewards points were used for the purchase, you will not receive the same discount on the new item. The rewards points have been spent in the system.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
